Every JUDS THOMAS piece is prepared with care. Delivery timing and tracking are confirmed by email once the order is dispatched.

To request a return, contact the brand within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, undamaged and returned with its original labels. Bespoke or altered pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Business identification, contact address and final delivery terms will be completed before the store is opened to the public.
